Professor Croft graduated from Drake University with both a B.S.B.A. in Actuarial Science and a Masters in Business Administration. He has expertise in insurance, risk & asset/liability management, leadership & development, and liability driven investing, serving as Senior Vice President at American Equity before coming to Drake.

Professor Croft is the Director of the Kelley Center of Insurance Innovation and an EMC Associate Professor of Practice, teaching Finance, Risk Management, and Insurance classes. Some courses he teaches include INS 051, INS 141, and FIN 101.

​

He is incredibly supportive of Chi Chapter and is always willing to provide help to our members whether it is during class or outside his office hours. Chi Chapter greatly appreciates him as our faculty advisor.
